We are thrilled to announce that Hope & Help Together has officially welcomed a new Director.
Following a thoughtful and comprehensive search process conducted from December 2025 through February 2026, we are pleased to introduce Kayla McNamara as our new Director. Kayla brings passion, experience, and a deep commitment to serving newcomers and strengthening our broader community. We are confident that her leadership will advance our mission and expand our impact in meaningful ways.
To ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition, our current Director will continue supporting the organization and working alongside Kayla through early May. This transition period will allow for continuity in relationships, programs, and strategic priorities.

Kayla’s Bio:
Kayla McNamara is a servant and transformational leader with 18 years of experience strengthening communities through collaborative partnerships and systems-level impact. Before her work with Hope & Help Together, she served at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley, most recently as Senior Director of Diversity & Targeted Programs. In that role, she led the organization’s inclusion strategy and ensured high-quality, community-based programming for youth and families. Kayla holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration and was recognized with Insight Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Award in 2023 for her community service and leadership.
Kayla’s Statement:
“I am honored to begin serving our community as Director of Hope & Help Together. The mission of this initiative is deeply meaningful to me. When we welcome families seeking safety and opportunity, we affirm our shared values of compassion, dignity, and collective responsibility. These values are foundational to who we are as a community!
I have witnessed firsthand how Newcomers enrich our neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces with culture, resilience, and determination. When we each feel a true sense of belonging, our entire community is stronger. Hope & Help Together’s commitment to partnership, empowerment, and tangible support strongly aligns with both my professional values and my lived leadership philosophy.”
